1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
We understand that circumstances may change. Clients who wish to cancel their project after making a deposit are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of deposit payment. During this period, a client may request a refund, and the deposit will be refunded in full, minus any costs already incurred by Red Noise Media up to that point.
2. Cancellation Outside of the Cooling-Off Period
After the 14-day cooling-off period has ended, Red Noise Media operates a no refund policy. Once this period has passed and work has commenced on a project, clients are no longer eligible for a refund on their deposit or any additional payments.
3. Project Commencement
Work on a project is considered “commenced” once the deposit is received and Red Noise Media begins planning, researching, designing, or any other preparatory activities. If any work has been undertaken during the 14-day cooling-off period, any refund will be adjusted to account for the work already completed.
4. Client Satisfaction
While we do not offer refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality results. If a client has concerns about the project, we encourage open communication so we can address any feedback and align our work with their vision, within the scope of the agreed project.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, refunds may be considered after the 14-day cooling-off period if:
- Red Noise Media cannot deliver the service due to internal issues.
- The scope of the project has not yet been started, or there are exceptional circumstances requiring management review.
